Open Homes are coming back!
It is hard to believe given the limitations around seeing and showing homes that the real estate market is moving at double time and prices ever higher.
It's still doable to purchase a home, but it's a team effort and buyers have to be realistic about the market.
As broker opens and showings become more doable it will hopefully relieve some of the stress related to accessing properties in a tight market.
This report looks at median home sales prices for the region as a whole and references Oakland, Piedmont, Alameda, Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito, and Richmond.
