open homes

I love showing off a home to prospective buyers and agents and have often become quite familiar with many of the attributes my sellers have enjoyed! Weekend Open homes are historically an excellent time for prospective buyers to visit, and Brokers Opens are catered events where other local agents can see properties and catch up on the market. During COVID I attend two virtual broker open meetings a week with between 30-90 local agents from multiple brokerages. I present your home to these agents and see any new inventory which may be relevant to your sale.
